Oct: ERAlytics launched
ERAlytics matches payer remittances to submitted claims and flags claims that were underpaid or denied, managing the appeal workflow end to end.
May: Vision EHR live with its first client
Our first vision-care client completed its move to Vision EHR.

Claims Automation launched as a product providing both on-demand (real-time) and scheduled automation, achieving an automation rate of 80% while processing daily claims within a two-hour window.
